Every year Coca-Cola HBC organizes the Coke Summership talent acquisition and development program.
For 2024 we had the task of creating the design and concept for the program that would be attracting Gen Z candidates.
We shifted our focus from high aspirational, success driven communication to aligning values, work life balance, approach to new ideas, and respect for employees.
Basically we shifted communication from what we offer, to what our prospective candidates want.
